Need a hand?

Looking for documentation for our app? Here you will find a description of each tab, what it shows and how it works.

The app is available after you sign in. The documentation is public, so you can read it before you register.

Before you start

Four terms you will meet everywhere in the app.

  • A store is an online shop you track. It can be your own store or a competitor's.
  • A scenario is a test purchase for one store: which product we put in the cart, which country it ships to and how often the test runs.
  • A test goes through the store's checkout like a customer and records the shipping and payment options on offer. It never submits the order and always empties the cart afterwards.
  • A credit is the unit you pay for tests with. A standard test costs 1 credit, a test with a Full HD screenshot 2 credits. You only pay for a test that actually reached the store.

Dashboard

An overview of all your stores on one page.

  • Four headline figures: connected stores, active scenarios, number of tests and success rate over the last 30 days, with the change against the previous 30 days.
  • Credit usage by day and hour over the last 30 days.
  • The most common carriers and payment methods across your stores, carrier positions at checkout and prices by delivery type.
  • Stores by platform and the number of tests per scenario.
  • A list of connected stores with their status and when they were last measured.
  • Data loads when you open the page. Click Refresh for fresh data.

Stores

A list of every store you track. Here you add stores, switch their monitoring on or pause it, and open their detail.

  • Each store shows whether it is yours (My e-shop) or a competitor. One click changes it.
  • Set up columns and filters to suit you: platform, status, data age, carriers, payments and more.
  • Select several rows to export a CSV, pause or resume monitoring, or download screenshots in bulk.
  • Expand a row to see the store's scenarios. You can pause, switch on or run each one right away.
  • The Watchdog tab shows every shipping and payment change across your stores over 3, 7 or 30 days. A threshold hides small price moves, and you can have the changes sent by e-mail.

How to add a store

  1. On the Stores page, click Add store and enter the store's address, for example shop.com.
  2. Below the address you see how the store will be set up: platform, country, scenario, test frequency and screenshots. We detect the platform and country automatically.
  3. Under Edit settings you can change the name, the default scenario (low, medium or high basket, a custom scenario, or none), the test frequency (every 2 days by default), the country, screenshot quality and time zone.
  4. Choose whether the store is yours or a competitor. You can change this later.
  5. Confirm your B2B relationship with the store. Monitoring tests do not run until it is confirmed. You can also confirm it later in the store list.
  6. Click Create store. If you chose a custom scenario, the app takes you straight to Scenarios.

The first scheduled test runs once the chosen frequency has passed. If you do not want to wait, run a test right away from the store's expanded row. To add several stores at once, use Import with a CSV file.

Without a contractual monitoring authorization we measure each store at most 4 times a week; with a recorded authorization, up to once a day. A trial account can have at most 3 stores.

Store detail

The detail has the tabs Overview, Shipping, Payments, Contract prices, Changes and Settings. Overview sums up the last run, free shipping, the cheapest carrier and credit usage. Shipping and Payments show the measured options per scenario, Changes the history of changes at this store. In Settings you change the frequency, switch measuring on and edit ownership.

Contract prices

This tab is only on your own stores. You enter the prices you pay your carriers and a typical parcel, and the app compares them with what your checkout charged for shipping in the latest measurements.

  • Under Typical parcel and VAT, fill in the VAT rate, optionally the gross margin on goods, and up to three typical parcel weights with a share. The shares must add up to 100 %.
  • Under Your contract prices, add a contract for each carrier and delivery type: weight bands with a price per parcel, a fuel and toll surcharge and a cash-on-delivery fee. Prices are entered excluding VAT.
  • Once saved, you see for each delivery method what you charge the customer, what shipping costs you and whether you gain or lose on the order. For free shipping we show the basket value from which your margin covers it.

Scenarios

A scenario sets how a test runs: which product we put in the cart, at what value, to which country and postcode, and how often the test runs.

  • Start a new scenario from a ready template (low, medium or high basket value) or fill it in yourself. The product URL and country code are required.
  • The schedule can follow the store's setting or run daily, weekly, monthly or at a custom interval.
  • For each scenario you can run a test right away, edit, switch off or delete it.
  • A global scenario applies to every store in the team, including ones added later. A team manager can create one and sees how many credits a day it will cost before confirming.
  • Each scheduled run costs 1 credit.

Analytics

Carrier prices, checkout positions, availability and reliability across your stores.

  • At the top, choose a store (or all) and a period: 24 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days.
  • Reports: Carrier prices (minimum, average and maximum with the change against the previous period), Checkout position, Availability (carriers that disappeared in the period), Reliability (test success rate and causes of failure) and Price trend for a specific store.
  • Carrier prices can be exported to CSV or XLSX.
  • Under Email reports you set up a report to be sent regularly by e-mail.

Carriers

An overview of the carriers your stores offer, with prices from each store's latest completed test.

  • Carriers are grouped by brand. For each service you see the delivery type (pickup point, home delivery, locker), the number of stores, the lowest price and when we last saw it.
  • Expand a service to see its price and checkout position at each store.
  • If we recognised a carrier wrongly, fix it with Override. Your own rule applies to all your stores.
  • The overview can be exported to CSV or XLSX.
  • Carriers appear automatically after the first successful test.

Payment methods

An overview of the payment methods your stores offer and how each changes the order price: a discount, no effect or a surcharge.

  • Methods are sorted into categories such as card, wallet, bank transfer, cash on delivery or buy now pay later.
  • For each method you see the number of stores, the lowest and highest price and when we last saw it. Expand it to see the price effect and checkout position at each store.
  • The overview can be exported to CSV or XLSX.

Test purchases

Here you start a test of a chosen scenario by hand, follow its progress and repeat tests that failed.

  • Choose a store and an active scenario and click Queue test purchase.
  • Execution timeline shows each test's status, the number of carriers and payments captured, the platform and a link to the screenshot.
  • You can stop a running test, re-queue a failed one and repeat any test.
  • A test purchase never submits an order. The test stops before the order is confirmed and empties the cart afterwards.
  • A test only runs for a store with a confirmed B2B relationship.

Logs

The full history of all tests. Filter it by store and scenario, and click a test number to open its detail: the test's progress, the shipping and payments found and the screenshot.

Billing and plan

Your plan, credit balance, payments and invoices.

  • Overview shows your credit balance, current plan and billing period.
  • Choose or change your plan under Plans. Pay by card, or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice with a QR code. With a transfer, the plan starts as soon as the payment arrives.
  • A team manager can pause and resume the subscription and download invoices as PDF under Payment history.
  • The Credits and usage tab explains what we charge credits for and what we do not, and shows the history of deducted and refunded credits.
  • When credits run out, only scheduled tests pause. Everything else keeps working, and scheduled tests resume with the next period's credits.

Settings

Your account settings.

  • Profile: display name and password change. The e-mail cannot be changed here.
  • Preferences: appearance (light, dark, system) and the app language (Czech, English, German).
  • Notifications: which e-mails you want to receive, for example shipping changes, failed or completed measurements and the weekly summary.
  • Billing details: company, company ID, VAT ID and the address for invoices. Only a team manager can change them.

Team

Managing team members and their access.

  • A manager creates and names the team and invites members by e-mail. A manager can also remove a member.
  • The Members table shows each member's e-mail, role, invitation status and join date.
  • A manager can switch to the whole team's data and manages the plan and billing. A member sees the data of their own stores and can leave the team.

Support

Here you open support requests and follow the replies.

  • Click New ticket and write a short title for the problem and what is happening.
  • Each ticket shows its status and the whole conversation with the support team. You can reply right in the ticket.
  • A solved ticket is closed. If the problem continues, open a new one.
